We are an American owned company based in North Carolina and Florida. These days, keeping business here in the United States is more important than ever. Our recording studios near the NC mountain town of Asheville is also a Certified Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Foundation. Songbirds, wild turkeys, deer, snakes (yikes!) on the driveway, bats and even a black bear the summer of 2009.

Our recording studios near Orlando, Florida is close to Disney, Universal, Sea World and other attractions. Makes it a great place to do a little audio production work and vacation with your family.

SunSpots® history:

Founded by a successful voice talent and his business partner in 1986 as the Cassidy Company, we evolved into SunSpots about 16 years ago. Business partners Thomas Rohe and Janet Walton were raised in farming communities in Maryland and Illinois, respectively, and grew up living the small town values of hard work, fairness and doing your best in all things. No returns or exchanges allowed. In the event audio is not used for the purpose intended, you must inform us in writing within 5 business days from our delivery of audio. Non-custom Music and SFX fees will be reduced to zero in the event audio is not used for any purpose. Studio fees will not be refunded. Talent fees will be adjusted to demo only status or the appropriate level of license rights needed for the project. If talent fees have been negotiated, adjustment of talent fees down to demo status may not be possible.
